At Leo Mancini Haircare we take hygiene and product safety seriously. For this reason, certain returns cannot be accepted once products have been opened or unsealed.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item:
  • Is unused and unopened
  • Is in its original sealed packaging
  • Is in resalable condition
  • Includes all original packaging and accessories
Products returned without the original seal intact or showing signs of use cannot be accepted for refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
  • Opened haircare or cosmetic products
  • Products with broken or removed hygiene seals
  • Used items
  • Items returned in a damaged or unsellable condition caused by customer handling
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution which may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy as required by applicable consumer law.
Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received and inspected by us.
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, reasonable return shipping costs may be covered where required.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Store Credit
In certain situations, Leo Mancini Haircare may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture. This is offered at our discretion and does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
